Four events, four looks, one confused audience. We built a single event system so every touchpoint read as the same organisation.

Each event had been designed by whoever was available, so the gala, the convention booth and two community fundraisers shared no type, colour or message. Supporters who attended two events did not connect them.
Every new event also started from zero, so design time went into rebuilding basics instead of the moments that raise money.
A shared type, colour and layout system, with one distinguishing accent per event — enough identity without breaking recognition.
Booth, signage, badges, print, slides, social and follow-up designed together as one sequence a visitor moves through.
Everything shipped as editable templates with a short usage guide, so the next event does not need us to start.
Four events ran on one recognisable system in a single year, and the convention booth alone carried nine coordinated touchpoints. The team now produces event collateral in-house.
