Event Branding Services

From the first invite to the last table tent, it should feel like one event.

We design the identity, promotion and on-site experience for galas, fundraisers and conferences, so every touchpoint looks like it belongs together and leads guests to give.

The opportunity

Why it matters for non-profits

A guest decides whether your event is worth their money long before the ask, usually from the invite, the room and the screen.

  • Recognised everywhere. A single visual system, so the Instagram post, the Eventbrite page and the stage backdrop are unmistakably the same night.
  • Built to move people. Countdown posts, speaker announcements and email reminders sequenced to fill seats and sponsor tables.
  • Every surface can take a gift. QR codes on tables, a live progress screen and a dedicated donation form turn the room into a giving moment.

Our specialized method

How we make it work

In practice

Where it makes the difference

01

Your gala is six weeks out and you've confirmed the venue but nothing else. One identity, one landing page and a countdown sequence go live in the first week.

02

Twelve speakers confirm across ten days. A speaker announcement template means each one is posted the day they say yes, not batched a week late.

03

Guests are seated and the pledge drive starts. Every table has a QR code to the same donation form, and the screen behind the host climbs with each gift.
